Latest Projects (Updated 4/3/08):

Jim Krause just completed editing Wilderness Plots, an hour-long documentary that aired on WTIU in March. Five noted singer-songwriters (Krista Detor, Tim Grimm, Carrie Newcomer, Tom Roznowski, and Michael White) wrote songs based on short stories penned by Scott Russell Sanders. In addition to featuring some incredible videography and captivating performances, the project examines the process of writing and the historical roots of our culture. Check out the show and the DVD, which are available from WTIU. Also be sure to visit Wilderness Plots on the web.

Tabletop produced a video for Rounder recording artist, Carrie Newcomer talking about her latest album, The Geography of Light. You can view the video on YouTube.

Jim Krause loves lighting and incredible music. Maybe that's why his photography is featured on the websites and recent CD releases from Carrie Newcomer and Krista Detor.

Videographer for 1:47, a documentary exploring a massive explosion that shook Richmond, Indiana in 1968. The double explosion and fire claimed 41 lives, injured hundreds more, and forever changed the future of the town. For more information, visit 1:47film.com.
